Yes. Users can create a folder inside the Soundpacks directory and add WAV files. Advanced packs can include a pack.json file for names, regions and categories.

Use WAV files, ideally 16-bit PCM at 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz. OGG files should be converted to WAV before being used in the plugin.
